Council has agreed to publicly notify a Plan Change to the Ruapehu District Plan 2000 for submissions. 

The proposed Change affects all the chapters of the current District Plan, except for the Indigenous Vegetation and Habitats of Indigenous Fauna (Biodiversity) Chapter.

Please note that the submission period has been extended to 10 September 2010.
