Subscribe to Agenda Notifications
To be notified when agendas are published, you will first need to create an account in the Civic Clerk system.
Scroll down to My Subscriptions via the link to the Public Portal, click MANAGE and then Create Account (once registered, you can log in directly). Fill out your email address, password and name (other fields are optional), before clicking SUBMIT at the bottom of the form.
All Agendas and Minutes from 2024 onwards can be accessed through the Portal
