.....then the library eBook service may be the answer for you.
Electronic books (e-Books) are available through Council libraries. The service is very simple to use and allows access to the library e-Book catalogues 24/7 365 days a year. Items are automatically 'returned' on their due date without you having to visit the library - no more overdue fees!
To get started, you will need:
- a compatible digital device - iPads and other tablets, smartphones, notebooks and PC's, and most eBook readers with the exception of Kindle (although Kindle Fire may be used). They need to have a modern web browser (eg. Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 10, Safari etc).
- an internet or Wi-Fi connection.
- a visit or call to your local Ruapehu library to set up a personal password.
