District Plan Change

Ruapehu District Council is proposing a District Plan Change No. 1 which seeks to remove the Commercial zone standard requiring free-standing verandahs in Taumarunui. If adopted, it will mean new verandahs can be built and old verandahs replaced, using support posts located 0.5m from the kerbside.

The submission period is now closed.
