| 1 September 2024 to 1 August 2025 | Check you are enrolled to vote |
| 1 September 2024 to 3 July 2025 | Consider being a candidate |
| 2 July 2025 | Candidate Briefing Session #1- everything you need to know about standing for election and what the job involves. |
| 3 July 2025 | Candidate Briefing Session #2 - everything you need to know about standing for election and what the job involves. |
| 4 July 2025 | Candidate nominations open |
| 1 August 2025 | Candidate nominations close at 12 noon. Please be advised that should the documents be received by the Deputy Electoral Officer after the close of nominations, the nomination is invalid. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure all nomination documents are submitted together and that they are all correct. The lodgement of nomination documents should not be left to the last minute. Should a nomination paper be lodged late on the morning nominations close, and/or be incorrectly completed or ineligible nominators are provided, there may not be enough time to correct the situation and the nomination could be invalidated. |

| 5 September 2025 | Final electoral roll certified by Electoral Officer |
| 9 September to 22 September 2025 | Voting papers sent to enrolled voters |
| 9 September to 11 October 2025 | Voting opens |
| 11 October 2025 | Election Day - Voting closes at 12 noon |
| 11 October 2025 | Progress result published |
| 16 October - 19 October 2025 | Declaration of result / public notice of final result |
