Resource Consent acceptance during Christmas and New Year

Any Resource (and Building) Consents submitted after Friday 20 December 2024 may not start to be processed until Monday 13 January 2025 due to the Christmas/ New Year statutory non-working days.

If you want your Resource and/or Building Consent to be processed before Christmas (barring any further information requests which stop the working day processing clock), it needs to be submitted by no later than Friday 22 November 2024.
